UkraineMart is committed to ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. This Return & Exchange Policy is mandatory for all sellers operating on our platform and aims to establish clear and fair rules for all participants in the trade process.
1. Return & Exchange Period
The buyer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:
- The item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
- The original packaging and all components are preserved.
- Proof of purchase is available (receipt or invoice).
2. Return or Exchange Procedure
- Contacting the seller: The buyer must contact the seller directly via the UkraineMart messaging system to initiate the return or exchange.
- Providing instructions: The seller is required to provide the buyer with detailed return or exchange instructions within 2 business days from receiving the request.
- Shipping the item: The buyer must send the item back to the seller according to the provided instructions.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Shipping payment: All costs related to the return or exchange of the item (including delivery) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller individually.
4. Refunds
- Item inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, the seller checks its condition and compliance with the return policy.
- Refund period: If the return is approved, the seller must refund the payment to the buyer within 7 calendar days from receiving the item.
- Refund method: The refund is issued using the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
5. Exclusions from Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not allowed for the following categories of goods:
- Items made or altered specifically at the buyer’s request.
- Items not eligible for return under applicable law (e.g., personal hygiene products, underwear, etc.).
- Items that have been damaged after being received by the buyer.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes or issues regarding returns or exchanges, the buyer and seller must attempt to resolve the matter through the UkraineMart messaging system. If no agreement is reached, either party may contact UkraineMart support for mediation.
7. Changes to the Return & Exchange Policy
UkraineMart reserves the right to amend this Policy. All changes take effect once published on the platform. Sellers are required to regularly review the current version of the Policy and comply with its terms.
