Terms of Use for the Ukrainemart Platform

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Ukrainemart platform (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our service," or "the platform") by sole proprietors and buyers. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.


1. Key Definitions


  1. Ukrainemart – an online marketplace for selling and purchasing Ukrainian goods.
  2. Seller – a registered user "sole proprietor" who lists products on the platform for sale.
  3. Buyer – a user who purchases products on the platform.


2. Account Registration

  1. To access the full functionality of the platform, you must create an account.
  2. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  3. You are responsible for the security of your account.


3. User Conduct You agree not to use the platform for:

  1. distributing illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content;
  2. infringing on the intellectual property rights of others;
  3. engaging in spam, phishing, or fraudulent transactions;
  4. interfering with the operation of the website or platform servers.


4. Seller Rights and Obligations

  1. Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about their products.
  2. Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, compliance with warranties, and fulfillment of delivery terms.
  3. All sellers must be registered as sole proprietors and accept payments via Ukrainemart’s partner company, NovaPay.


5. Purchases and Payments

  1. Payments are processed through our acquiring partner, NovaPay.
  2. Ukrainemart is not a party to the purchase agreement but acts as an intermediary.
  3. The platform commission is included in the total payment amount and is automatically deducted.


6. Product Returns

  1. Each seller sets their own return policy, which buyers must review before making a purchase.
  2. Ukrainemart provides support in resolving disputes but is not liable for the seller’s failure to fulfill their obligations.


7. Intellectual Property

  1. All rights to content (texts, images, trademarks) published on the platform belong either to the sellers or to Ukrainemart.
  2. Copying, modifying, or distributing materials without the permission of the rights holder is prohibited.


8. Liability

  1. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
  2. Ukrainemart is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between sellers and buyers.


9. Access Termination

  1. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the platform in case of violations of these Terms.


10. Changes to the Terms

  1. We may update these Terms. All changes will be published on the website.
  2. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
